I am devoted to empowering humans achieve their full potential and become their own healers. Through mentoring and Somatic Integration sessions, I help clients resolve trauma and catalyze personal growth.
With over three decades of experience, and a passion for continued education, my practice is focused somatic therapy. I hold certifications in somatic sexology, somatic trauma therapy, sexological bodywork, and psychedelic facilitation. My vast background, as well as my personal journey of healing CPTSD and Lyme disease, enables me to bring a rich depth of knowledge, compassion, and insight to meet the unique needs of each client I serve.
Many of the people I've worked with have experienced significant breakthroughs, leading to greater joy, less pain, healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, and a more profound sense of purpose and well-being. I believe in making my services accessible while fairly compensating myself for my expertise. I encourage you to select the tier that best fits your current circumstances. With a flexible pricing model, you're not only investing in professional services but also supporting a transparent, accessible approach that enables those with more resources to help subsidize services for others, this model is based on mutual respect and shared commitment to quality.
$80-$100 - For those with limited financial means or experiencing financial constraints.
$110-$130 - Mid-range.
$140-$160 - For those with more financial capacity. *Please choose an amount that feels comfortable and fair to you.
